Buyer activity remains brisk in Queen Creek.  REO or foreclosures continue to dominate sales, with most seeing multiple offers, selling over list price.

Active listings are up slightly towards the end of June.  There was also a slight increase in the average sales price. Pending sales are up and sales did take a dip in June, in my opinion, due to the decreased inventory of foreclosures and the length of time that is takes for a short sale to close- if it ever does.
