If you live in the area of Ocotillo and Ironwood you have some brand new retail to check out. Chevron no longer holds the key to being the only place in the area to grab a quick bite to eat!
You now have the Ocotillo Trails Marketplace to tempt you. The newest draw just outside Queen Creek has shops open and new additions coming soon.
For some delicious food you can try Las Pasadas for authentic deli sandwiches and Italian dishes, Moon China for delicious Chinese food, R&R Pizza for a family friendly pizza restaurant and El Achiote for some great and authentic Mexican Food.
Also in the plaza is a cleaners, a nail shop, flooring store, Dance Matrix and and M&I Bank is currently under construction.
This new marketplace will certainly pump up the Queen Creek Real Estate market in the area, making the subdivisions of Castlegate, Cambria, Meadow Vista and Pecan Creek more favorable and not so “out in the boonies”. More will come and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
