Queen Creek Traffic Restrictions for May 23-29

Traffic Alerts: May 23-29

 

  1. Queen Creek Road from Ellsworth to Crismon roads - Work continues on the
    Gilbert CAP Waterline Project as crews move east with their trench line.
  2. Queen Creek Road from Crismon to Signal Butte roads - This segment of Queen
    Creek Road will remain closed for approximately 30 days as crews continue
    installing pipe for the CAP Waterline. 
  3. Sossaman and Riggs roads - Crews will be working in the County’s
    right-of-way at this intersection completing the off-site improvements for the
    Queen Creek Middle School project. 
  4. Sossaman and Rittenhouse roads - Work continues in this area as crews
    complete the widening and street construction for the Rittenhouse Road alignment
    project. 
  5. Chandler Heights and Hawes roads - Crews will be working on street
    improvements on both Chandler Heights and Hawes roads. 
  6. Cloud Road from Ellsworth to Crismon roads - Crews will be working along
    Cloud Road as they relocate existing power poles. 
  7. Ocotillo Road east of Ellsworth Road - Crews will be working on the north
    side of Ocotillo Road between Ellsworth and Heritage Loop roads to
    install/relocate Cox Communications lines.

Traffic
Drivers are advised to find alternate routes to avoid areas that are under
construction to avoid possible delays. As always, it is advised that all drivers
pay close attention to posted warning and speed limit signs, and always exercise
extra care when traveling in work zones.
